At Traktørstedet, the nature is just outside our windows!
The Naturpark
Kalvebod Fælled is with it's 200 hectar protected nature our closest neighbor. In the naturepark there are many lovely adventures and activities yet to be explored. Also, when you are having a gathering or party at our restaurant, or are just visiting us for an afternoon lunch and play in the park.
In Naturpark Amager there are several routes to exprience, some are well suited for a hike, others are perfect for biking - you can find a map of the entire area right here.
Take it to go!
From Traktørstedet you can buy Dough for bonfire bread, in danish "Snobrød", which you slowly bake over the bonfire, on designated wooden sticks suited for the purpose of making these infmaous danish traditional baked goods.
You can buy the dough from us, it is 40 kr for one portion for 4 persons, and you have to order it through either an sms on phone number: 22 55 32 65 the LATEST, the day before before 12 o'clock.
The sticks for "Snobrød" can be found in the building "Friluftshuset" (Outdoor-house), where you can also buy firewood for making a bonfire in the bonfire stations, all around the park. The sticks are free for use and the firewood is 30 kr per package.

Off course, you can also buy delicious cold and hot drinks to take with you on a picninc, as well as buns with toppings, muffins, cakes and other snacks!
Naturcenter Amager
At the Nature Center, you find toilets, Friluftshuset, Traktørstedt, The Nature Schools, Ildsjælehuset and the social activation project Amagere Skovhjælpere.
There are several bonfire stations in the area, where you can enjoy your own bonfire, make a picnic with your familiy and what else goes with this activity.
A fun activity for both children and adults, is the agility course called "the Tarzan road" which is an explorative path with obstacles to conquer, in the woods. It is located just nearby the naturecenter.
"The Ship" is a landart piece from Alfio Bonnano, which can be explored, you can climb it and enjoy the big artpiece, which is located on an area that used to be a seabed.
At the Naturcenter we have both hens and sheep, they are always fun to visit and observe in their habitats and daily life in these beautiful sourroundings. har vi
You can even dig up worms to feed the hens, if you wish.
Friluftshuset
Friluftshuset
is the heart of the nature center, this is where you can rent a bike and explore the naturepark, buy the firewood for your bonfire on one of the areas many fireplaces, go on guided hikes in the nature and much more fun year round!

AMARMINOEN
The hiking trail "Amarminoen" is a 27 km long trail, stretching through Naturepark Amager, and ending in the city of Dragør on Amager.
Throughout the trail, you will pass by us at Traktørstedet, and this is a perfect stop for fueling yourself with a lunch, snacks or a refreshing drink.
You can also get snacks and food to-go from us to take with you on the hike, what about a delicious homebaked sourdough bun with cheese, a coffee to-go or small juices and salted almonds?
At the Naturcenter you can also find toilet facilities and water stations for filling up bottles.
